Regina King is gorgeous in pink this Prada gown. I’m obsessed with its delicacy and fluidity. Queen Gina always gives us a Red Carpet moment because she knows herself and what looks good on her body.
2. Lucy Liu
I absolutely adore this purple tulle gown. It gives us drama and the top shows a little skin giving us sexy and class.
3. Cythnia Erivo
Cynthia Erivo is stunning in Chris Gelinas. The gown is ostrich feather dipped in yellow dye. She bring drama to this otherwise boring red carpet fashion line up.
4. Billy Porter
Billy Porter in a custom piece by Celestino. You know this was made just for Billy in his signature tuxedo/dress combo made from curtain (it has significance), A red carpet moment for sure! But fashion moment? Eh.
5. Samira Wiley
Samira Wiley wears an emerald green strapless piece trimmed in glitter. The best part of this gown is the v-neck split and the earthy green hue.
6. Danai Gurira
Danai Gurira is in Gucci. I love that she doesn’t conform to the “sexy” expectation of red carpets. The vintage look is suited for her style and message. And the piece is well designed.
7. Emily Ratajkowski
She is sexy in a Michael Kors piece. The gown is half cat woman and half ballroom. I personally feel no creativity or innovation went into this look. Sexy doesn’t always secure a fashion moment.
8. Vanessa Hudgens
Vanessa Hudgens in Altuzarra. Its a no for me. The turtleneck collar and wrap dress allusion is too constricting. The patterns also get lost. This dress is not made for her petite stature.
